Dit vakantiehuis voor 12 personen heeft acht badkamers, zes slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en vier tweepersoonsbedden. Het vakantiehuis heeft zes airco's, een barbecue, een tafeltennistafel, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met vijf bidets, vijf douches, drie ligbaden, zeven toiletten en acht wastafels.

This property has spectacular exteriors that include a large private chlorine pool - measuring 11 x 5 m and 1.1 to 2.5 m deep - with an integrated children's pool - measuring 3.5 x 3.5 m and 0.5 m deep -. Surrounding it they have 9 sun loungers and a large grass area to sunbathe or play with the little ones. Different garden areas, a lake with fish and several terraces and porches, including one with a barbecue, guarantee unforgettable moments. There is also a ping-pong table, a paddle tennis court and a basketball court, which you can access whenever you want.

This large manor house offers two floors. Upon entering the house, you find a large living-dining room with television, air conditioning, fireplace and access to one of the porches. They often have a kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and a table to perhaps have an aperitif. Then they find a second kitchen with a gas stove, a second and immense dining room with access to the pool, another living room with a pool table and a toilet. On the first floor there are 6 bedrooms, with air conditioning and wardrobe, and 5 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms offer a double bed and the other 2 have two single beds. Three of them offer an en-suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and shower, another with a bathtub and the third with a shower. Then there are two more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower that complete this floor. In addition, there are two more bathrooms with showers that are exterior. They have a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has oil central heating.

The villa is located 5.9 km from Sant Jordi, near the Son Gual golf course, and is very well connected as it is located next to the Palma-Manacor highway. Being close to the airport you may hear the sound of planes flying over the island. Further towards the coast, they have all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. We recommend a visit to the capital, Palma, with its extraordinary La Seu Cathedral and its picturesque old town. You can visit beautiful beaches such as Can Pastilla, Cala Blava or Es Trenc.

The water in the cistern is not suitable for consumption. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Pinar De Son Pou in Palma de Mallorca kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
