The property has a fantastic chlorine pool, 10x5m and 0.90m to 2.65m deep, a circular children's pool 2m in diameter and 0.50m deep, and an outdoor shower to cool off quickly after sunbathing on one of the 12 sun loungers. There is also an outside toilet for your convenience. Additionally, surrounding the pool and the entire house is a large lawn area, which includes a natural water pond, which is ideal for a pleasant walk while contemplating the landscape. Two porches equipped for this purpose invite you to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner made on the barbecue. The plot is fenced and enjoys total privacy.

The house, with two floors, stands out for its rustic stone style. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a comfortable room where you can watch satellite television and marvel at the character provided by your decorative wood stove. The large kitchen-dining room has a gas stove, a bar with stools and a fireplace. This floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms, both with a double bed. On the first floor, there are the other two bedrooms, also with a double bed, independent furnished terrace and en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a shower and bathtub and the other bathroom only has a bathtub. The four bedrooms are equipped with AC, fan and wardrobe. For winter, the house has central heating. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Son Carrió is a small town belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, located very close to the beaches of Sa Coma and S'Illot and Pula Golf in Son Servera. Although it is small, they find all the basic services necessary, including a bus stop. About 9 km by car, you will find the city of Manacor, known for its quality furniture manufacturing. In the center you can not only shop, but also try typical Majorcan food in one of the excellent restaurants. The coastal area is full of dream coves such as Cala Mendia, Cala Magrana or Cala Romantica. In Porto Cristo there is a beautiful beach with fine sand and the famous Cuevas del Drach.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
