Dit vakantiehuis voor 6 personen heeft drie badkamers, drie slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. Sa Morada heeft drie verwarmingen. Verder is er een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad en zijn er drie airco's. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee bidets, een douche, een ligbad, een toilet en twee wastafels.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

In de keuken vindt u een fornuis, een koffiezetapparaat, twee ovens en een vaatwasser.

Outside this fantastic property you will find all the comforts you can imagine. They can cool off thanks to the immense salt pool that measures 12m x 5m and has a depth range of 0.2m to 2.5m or sunbathe on the sun loungers, while the little ones play and run as they please through the extensive garden. On the terrace porch you will find a dining area where you can extend the evenings in the company of your loved ones after preparing a delicious barbecue available on the property. The house is fenced and privacy is total as there are no neighbors nearby.

Inside this two-story house, you will find a fantastic and bright dining room equipped with a fireplace, AC, Smart TV and satellite television where you can all meet together. The kitchen, open to the living room, is gas-fired and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the three bedrooms with heating and AC available. One of them, located on the ground floor, offers a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other two, located on the upper floor, have one double bed and the other two single beds. Two bathrooms serve the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. They will be able to use the fans, the washing machine, iron and ironing board that they will find in the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is known for its peaceful atmosphere and its proximity to the coast and mountains. Among its main points of interest are its 18th century church, which is an example of the Mallorcan baroque style, and its weekly market, where you can find fresh local products and crafts. Additionally, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is an ideal base from which to explore the natural beauty of the region, including the nearby beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is also possible to take excursions to the nearby city of Manacor, famous for its cultured pearls, or visit the Mondragó Natural Park, which is a short drive away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

Indeling

Vlakbij Sa Morada op zo’n 3,1 kilometer treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 3,5 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Sa Morada in Sant Llorenç des Cardassar kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
