Being located on the seafront, this magnificent apartment is a true privilege for lovers of crystal-clear waters, sand, rocks and warm temperatures since, in addition to its incredible panoramic views, it is only a few steps away to take a refreshing swim or enjoy the sun on the rocks for a while. Our guests are always absolutely amazed during the early breakfasts or the pleasant dinners at sunset on the terrace, in front of this spectacular landscape.

This third floor with elevator is a luxury. With wooden floors and modern furniture and decoration, upon entering you are welcomed with a spacious and open room that unites the extraordinary kitchen with the dining room and the living room. Here you can relax on the sofa while watching a movie on DVD or satellite or, best of all, chat quietly accompanied by the panoramic view of the sea and your best recipes. To make them, they have wonderful stainless steel appliances that include a ceramic hob, an electric oven or a microwave. In addition, they can preserve their delicious food in a large refrigerator with freezer or in the large storage there. The washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are also located in the kitchen. A beautiful hallway leads to the bathroom of the house, which has a shower, and to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In one of them, we will prepare a crib and a high chair for you if you are staying with your baby. And to acclimatize the home, there are two fans and up to five wall radiators.

Can Picafort is ideal for lovers of tranquility, walks, the beach and services at the same time. In fact, when you cross the street, you have the great promenade that runs along the coast and takes you through the shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious paella on the sand. In the summer season, if you do not want to drive, the bus runs every 15 minutes to take you, for example, to the lively area of ​​Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollensa or other destinations such as the incredible island capital of Palma de Mallorca.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
