In the furnished dining room you can enjoy unforgettable moments sharing long after-dinner conversations with your loved ones. The large kitchen, which has been recently renovated, has a perfect and well-equipped space (with ceramic hob) to carry out any recipe you propose. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and also has 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms and all of them have access to the terrace. 2 of them with 1 double bed and the 3rd with 2 single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe and you can use the crib available on the property in any of them. The house has 2 bathrooms, both with shower, 1 on the ground floor and the other on the 1st. Each bedroom has air conditioning.

The surroundings of this house are very pleasant, it is located near the tourist area of ​​Can Picafort. In the town there is a market on Friday mornings, where you can buy various local products. Can Picafort has beautiful beaches where you can rest or enjoy water sports, such as windsurfing, kitesurfing or jet skis. In the area you have access to boat excursions to Formentor from the port. In the promenade area there is a wide variety of bars and ice cream parlors where you can have a drink quietly on a terrace with your friends or family. Vlakbij Elianto op zo’n 100 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 500 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Elianto in Santa Margalida kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
