Dit vakantiehuis voor 8 personen heeft vijf badkamers, vier slaapkamers en beschikt over zes eenpersoonsbedden en een tweepersoonsbed. Ca N'estel heeft vier verwarmingen. Verder is er een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad en zijn er vier airco's. De badkamer is uitgerust met twee bidets, drie douches, twee ligbaden, vijf toiletten en vier wastafels.

This exclusive villa is located a short walk from the beach, so the sun and heat will be precisely what you will want most to enjoy the white sand and crystal clear waters of the island. Although that is not the best of all, the exterior of the accommodation houses a wonderful chlorine pool at your sole and complete disposal. It has dimensions of 7.5 m x 4 m and a depth of between 1 m and 1.80 m. Around them, they have up to 8 sun loungers to lie down in the sun or read a book in peace while contemplating the natural views. There is an outdoor shower as well as a small outdoor toilet so you can rinse off before a delicious lunch or dinner. On any of the two porches located next to the pool, you can enjoy a magnificent barbecue and relax with a glass of wine. The plot is fenced and has neighbors nearby.

The house has large spaces, distributed over two floors. From the pool, you can access the large living-dining room, where you can gather to chat or rest on the comfortable sofas while watching satellite television or a DVD movie. The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, a table with chairs, and all the utensils you need to prepare your delicious meals. The fireplace in this room is a decorative element that gives a lot of character. The laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. On this same floor, you will find a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as another separate bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you have a third bathroom with a shower that serves the upper floor and three other bedrooms. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and the other two offer two single beds. All rooms have a wardrobe, air conditioning and access to a terrace. For the little ones in the family, we will prepare a crib and a high chair. For cold days, the entire house is equipped with oil central heating.

Cala D'Or is a coastal urbanization belonging to the municipality of Santanyí. The house is located on a quiet street in this residential area and a few minutes walk from its impressive cove. Then, by driving 10 minutes you can reach the sandy beaches of the Mondragó Natural Park, or in 30 minutes to the magnificent and protected beach of Es Trenc or the Colonia de Sant Jordi. The closest golf course for lovers of this sport is Golf Vall D'Or, 9.3 km away. You can do your daily shopping in Cala D'Or itself, in Santanyà or go to the capital, the city of Palma, if you want to find more resources and a spectacular cultural, commercial and gastronomic offer.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
