Outside this impressive villa you will find all the amenities you can imagine, such as a salt pool with dimensions of 12mx5m and a depth range from 0.2m to 1.8m, which will be ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the wonderful sun loungers available. The little ones can swim in the shallow area or run and play on the huge terrace. You can prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it all together in the outdoor dining area while enjoying the warm Mediterranean climate. The villa, being located in the countryside, has no direct neighbors, so you have total privacy.

Inside the one-story home, you will find a modern dining room that offers AC, a wood stove and satellite television, so you can entertain yourself with the best programs without giving up maximum comfort. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. At bedtime you can choose any of the 3 available bedrooms, all equipped with AC and fans. Two of them have a double bed and one has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, two independent bathrooms with shower complete the room. They have at your disposal a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The villa is located in Ses Salines, the southern area of ​​Mallorca. Using the property's road you will quickly reach Colonia de Sant Jordi and the surrounding beaches, such as Platja des Port, which has several services such as restaurants, bars and shops nearby. It is the ideal place to spend a family day at the beach with the little ones. If you want more privacy, you can explore Platja d'es Carbó, Cala En Tugores, Es Trenc or Es Caragol, which are natural beaches, with fine, white sand and crystal clear waters, some only accessible on foot. A good alternative is to take a boat trip to Cabrera, or visit the museum dedicated to the history, fauna and flora of this island, which is located in Colonia de Sant Jordi. If you want a nice souvenir, in the shops of Ses Salines you will find the most famous salt in the Mediterranean (Sal d'Es Trenc), with different flavors such as pink or olive.

AC is available during these hours: from 8:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. in the bedrooms and from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the dining room.
There are animals on the farm (away from the house). The owner is going to feed them daily. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 3 cars.

In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Sa Punta (sa Punta Bertumins) in Ses Salines kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
