Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 4 personen, heeft twee slaapkamers en een badkamer. Casa Nuestra heeft een DVD-speler en een TV (internationale zenders). Verder is er een balkon, een terras, een tuin (omheind) en een zwembad (privé). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een wasmachine en een vriezer.

A modern terraced house for 4 people, has a living space of approx. 70 square metres. The living rooms and bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Internet access via W-LAN can be used free of charge. The holiday home includes a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and an open-plan living and dining area. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and, with a ceramic hob, oven and microwave, offers the best conditions for preparing tasty meals while on holiday. In the adjoining living room there is a dining area for 4 people, a comfortable corner sofa and a flat screen with satellite reception (German channels). From the living room and the bedroom with double bed, you have access to the furnished terrace, where you can relax on the comfortable seating. A special highlight is the heated pool, which is a wonderful place to relax after a hike through the mountains. Or make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers and enjoy the marvellous view of the sea and the mountain slopes of the Tamadaba Nature Park. Narrow alleyways with a few bars, restaurants and small shops and the square in front of the La Concepción parish church, which is overgrown with shady trees, invite you to linger and take a short stroll. Every August, the centre of Agaete turns into one big party. The "Fiesta de la Rama" is an ancient custom in which people pray for life-giving rain. The festival begins at dawn and continues until the evening of the following day. Nature lovers should visit the "Barranco de Agaete". This landscape is considered to be one of the most beautiful and biodiverse on the island. Here you can admire old pine trees, palm trees, flower beds, hedges and bushes as well as colourful flowers in numerous well-tended gardens. Oranges, lemons, mangos, avocados, papayas, bananas and almonds grow among coffee plants, rubber trees, agaves, opuntias and poinsettias. An experience for all the senses. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
