Our beautiful accommodation is located in one of the streets designated as a Historic-Artistic site, is one of the most cozy and charming areas for its cobbled streets and historic buildings and typical of one of the most beautiful villages of the island and Spain as it is La Orotava.It has easy walking access to all services such as banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, town hall, but above all to the emblematic places such as the Church of La Concepción, Liceo Taoro, town hall square, among many others.The best thing about this property is undoubtedly its character and essence, corners full of history, traditional architecture and art, surrounded by beautiful gardens that form an oasis of tranquillity. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
