This beautiful flat is located on the Mesa del Mar/Tacoronte directly 1st sea line. The La Arena beach (awarded with the blue flag) can be reached in about 2 minutes and the public natural pool in 3 minutes on foot.access is via a public, urban serpentine road.the road is tarred and secured and is maintained by the city.bus service during the day 1 times an hour.DO YOU WANT THE SEA - PLEASE VERY MUCH! Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
