Inspired by wonderful holidays in Cape Town (Clifton Beach), our completely renovated flat was created with a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the Mar Menor. Wake up every morning to an unforgettable view. From your bed you can look out directly over the Mar Menor in front of you and listen to the glistening waves.The accommodation360 degree photos available on requestOur flat was designed by a Spanish star architect and has a high-quality design with a "Cape Town look". After the core refurbishment of the house in 2020, we have completely renovated it and made it very open, modern and luxurious. We have tried to avoid artificial air conditioning as far as possible and to allow natural "circulation" throughout the year. Naturally, a high-quality air conditioning system is still installed, which also serves as heating in winter. The open-plan concept means that the flat is flooded with light and offers you a breathtaking play of colours during the day.The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with two washbasins, shower and bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe. Two further guests share a sofa bed and a separate bathroom with shower and WC.The new fitted kitchen with cooking island is equipped with brand-name appliances (Neff) and has both a gas hob and induction hob. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
