Verder is er een barbecue, een sauna, een terras, een tuin (omheind) en een zwembad (privé). De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een wasmachine en een vriezer.

Voor de (kleine) kinderen is er speeltoestellen.

In de keuken vindt u een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

Wellness villa JOSKA is also a good starting point for day trips, e.g. to the UNESCO Geopark Bohemian Paradise - the town lies on the edge of this area - or to Prague, the Jizera Mountains and the Giant Mountains. The Kokorin Valley and Macha Lake are also nearby. The nearby restaurants, such as GRAAL ve skale, Jihoceska hostenice, La romantica, MG-restaurant etc. will certainly take care of your physical well-being. You can also visit the medieval pub in Detenice - a real experience.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
