During the summer months, a motorboat can also be reserved or a kayak trip can be arranged. The fishing grounds are only a few kilometres away. The local waters are mainly used for pike, perch and crayfish, while the regional "Handlar" is close by for everyday shopping and the nearest town of Solleftea is 15 kilometres away for larger purchases. The next largest town is Härnösand (70 km), Sundsvall or Örnköldsvik (90-100 km) and it is about 80 minutes to the sea, while Höga Kusten (High Coast), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be reached in about an hour. At Näsåker (Nämforsen), a Stone Age settlement has been reconstructed and the early inhabitants have immortalised themselves with rock carvings. Further north is Junsele, where the zoo is home to white tigers and an adventure village. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
