Spending the night here, with a unique view over the Appenzellerland as far as the Säntis, is an experience at any time of year.in the stylishly renovated, listed building on the historic village square of Rehetobel, old building fabric is combined with modernity. The stately five-storey building has served several purposes in its 230 years. Where there is now a pretty pub, the "Gasthaus Dorf5" with a beautiful garden, invites you to linger, there used to be the Rehetobel post office. The upper floors, which were used as a telegraph office and business premises, now house three flats with a high standard of finish. The spacious, light-flooded flat offers a 180-degree view, a beautiful balcony and a spacious living room with a fireplace. The bathroom and bedroom with dressing room and the open-plan kitchen are furnished to a high standard. The natural building fabric with historic parquet floors and selected materials are of a high aesthetic standard. The technical equipment and the special lighting concept leave nothing to be desired, and the central location in the Appenzeller Vorderland is ideal for exploring the Alpstein region, the nearby Lake Constance region and the extremely attractive city of St.Gallen. The flat offers plenty of space for two people and there are many cosy places to relax. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
