Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 6 personen, heeft twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers. Roseg und Nair heeft een open haard en een TV (internationale zenders). De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt).

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een wasdroger, een wasmachine en een vriezer.

Maximaal 3 huisdieren/honden toegestaan. The Chesa Michel from 1786 is a listed Engadine house in the village center of Bever. The combined apartment Roseg %26 Nair (83 m2) can accommodate up to 6 people. Two connected units with open kitchen-living room, Swedish stove, several sleeping areas and two bathrooms offer a lot of flexibility. Underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, parking available and good public transport connection. Ideal for families or groups.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The combination of the 2½-room apartment Roseg (59 m2) and the Studio Nair (24 m2) is located on the 1st floor of the historic Chesa Michel and together offers a spacious home for up to 6 people. Both units are connected internally and furnished in the traditional Engadine style with pine and antique furniture.

The apartment Roseg has an open living and dining area with a Swiss pine kitchen, equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. A Swedish stove provides a cozy atmosphere. Two additional beds are available in the living area. The separate bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment, toilet and sink.

The adjoining studio Nair ideally complements the apartment and offers two more beds, a dining table, a practical cabinet kitchen with a Nespresso machine and a second bathroom with a bathtub, shower attachment, toilet and sink.

The combination is particularly suitable for families or groups who value time together and at the same time retreat opportunities. Parquet and floor slabs, underfloor heating and radiators ensure a pleasant indoor climate in both units. Historical photographs make reference to Bever and the Upper Engadin.

The check-in takes place independently via a key box at the entrance of the Chesa Michel. The personal code will be delivered in good time before arrival after completing the online check-in.

Check-in and check-out:
- Regular check-in from 16.00
- Regular check-out until 10.00 am
- An earlier check-in or a later check-out can be requested, but is not guaranteed and depends on the occupancy

The combination Roseg %26 Nair is equipped with parquet, underfloor heating and radiators. Bed linen and towels are prepared for the booked number of people (maximum 6 people). The final cleaning is included in the rental price.

Dogs are welcome. There is a fee of CHF 10 per dog per night. Please indicate at the time of booking whether and how many pets you are bringing with you.

Parking spaces are not automatically included and can be used on request. There are the following possibilities:
- Underground parking in the house (underground garage, not suitable for SUVs with roof boxes)
- Further parking spaces in an external underground garage nearby
- Parking in front of the house (limited availability)
- Public parking at Bever train station

A parking space organized by us costs CHF 10 per night. Public parking at Bever Train Station costs about CHF 12 per day (Bever municipality rate).

The Chesa Michel is centrally located in the village center of Bever and is easily accessible.

Arriving by public transport:
Bever can be reached directly by train. Bever Train Station is within walking distance of Chesa Michel. From the train station you can reach the house in a few minutes on foot.

Thanks to the very good train and bus connections, Bever is ideal for a relaxed journey without a car. Even during your stay, excursions in the Upper Engadin can be easily made by public transport.

Arriving by car and parking:
Parking spaces are not automatically included and can be used on request.

The following parking facilities are available:
- Underground parking in the house (underground garage, not suitable for SUVs with roof boxes)
- Further parking spaces in an external underground garage nearby
- Parking in front of the house (limited availability)
- Public parking at Bever train station

Check-in / Key box
The check-in takes place independently via a key box. This is located to the left of the entrance of the Chesa Michel.

You will receive the personal code for the key box in good time before your arrival after completing the online check-in.

After check-in, a digital guest guide will be available to you. This contains important information about your combined apartment as well as helpful information about Bever, the surroundings and excursion possibilities in the Upper Engadin.

Please keep the removed keys safe during your stay.

At the end of your stay, please put the keys back in the key box so that the next guests can check in easily.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
