From the hallway you enter the inviting bathroom with WC and a practically equipped small kitchen. The light-flooded, spacious living, dining and sleeping area covers approx. 33 m² and offers two high-quality foldaway beds, which can be folded out into a comfortable double bed, as well as 2 single beds in a cosy alcove. The furnishings are ideal for a restful night's sleep and are designed for a maximum occupancy of 2 people.The outdoor area invites you to relax on the sunny south-west-facing balcony (approx. 5 m²). From here you can enjoy the marvellous sunsets over the Alps and the "glowing red" mountains. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet and the breathtaking view with a glass of wine.Davos-Platz, with its lively centre, is only a 5-minute walk away and offers access to a central bus stop that takes you to all ski and hiking areas. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
