Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 8 personen, heeft drie badkamers en vier slaapkamers. Hus Tschuetta heeft een DVD-speler, een open haard en een TV (internationale zenders). Verder is er een lift, een terras en een tuin. De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

Het vakantiehuis heeft internet (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een wasdroger, een wasmachine en een vriezer.

Keuken

In de keuken vindt u een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

Maximaal 1 huisdier/hond toegestaan. Charming apartment in the traditional style with every modern comfort. All rooms have oak floors and underfloor heating. The master bedroom has an en suite-shower room (with WC and basin) and a little dressing room. There are 2 further double bedrooms and a single/small double.  There is a second shower room, with WC and wash basin. The large family bathroom has a bath tub, a separate shower, two basins, a WC and a washer/dryer.  The apartment is ideally situated, just outside the village centre, quiet and with delightful views to the mountains (Gotschna, Madrisa) as well as down the Prattigau Valley towards Landquart. The village - train station, Coop, post office, cable car, cross country trail - can be reached walking five minutes along a level path (or drive in two minutes). There is a large south-facing terrace and a communal garden to use.  The apartment contains some magnificent pieces of furniture and paintings: it is elegant and also very cosy. The charming open kitchen is made of wood and has two ovens and a huge 'fridge-freezer and a very useful island worktop. We are very well equipped for children with cots and high chairs, a little trampolin, toys, children's books, a sledge etc. and a garden to play in. Guests drive into the heated underground garage (two car spaces) and take the lift to the first upper floor (wheelchair-friendly)without any steps. Comfortable beds, a lot of old wood, antiquities and an open fire create a delightful atmosphere.  Our guests often return, in winter as well as in summer.Other leisure facilities: The ski area Klosters/Davos is world famous (alpine and cross country). Klosters has a lovely swimming pool and the lake is Davos offers all sorts of water sports.Excursion possibilities: To Davos, St. Moritz,Arosa, Zurich, Chur, Flims, even to Austria.Other living room features (Living room1): second sofa, antique commode et table, sofa table, 3 armchairs, fireplace, wooden beams, drapes, electric shutters (outside), small tables, lamps, paintings, rug, oak floorOther bedroom furniture (Bedroom1): Antic wooden clothes cupboard, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers, shelf unit, bench, chair, arm chair, various lamps and pictures, curtains and automatic blinds, mirror, oak floor.The beds can be arranged separately or form a big double bed.Other kitchen equipment (Kitchen1): a handmade wooden Kitchen with oak floor, antique beams, portuguese tiles, granit worktops, large island to work or eat on, antique antler ceiling lamp and plate rack. There is a second (steam) oven and the kitchen is directly next to the dining room and half open to the drawing room. There are many old wooden housess, bursting with flowers in the summer. One often sees members of Royal families, like Prince Charles and King Carl Gustaf of Sweden. There are elegant hotels and first class restaurants.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
