First-class 2-room flat with separate kitchen, bathroom and large outdoor seating area. The elegantly furnished flat has a living room with a sofa and a dining area for four to six people. The second room is a bedroom with two single beds, bedded like a double bed. There are plenty of cupboards in all rooms and in the corridor. The kitchen is separate and has a small area with a hob, dishwasher, oven and a seating area for two people. The bathroom has a bathtub, a WC, a double washbasin and a mirror cabinet. In front of the living room there is a large seating area with a view of the mountains and plenty of sun from around 11 am. A parking space in the underground car park is reserved for you (parking space no. 6). There is also a ski room with a ski locker in the basement (no. 5). Use of the communal washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement is possible. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
