Comfortable apartment located on the 5th (penultimate) floor, with elevator, indoor pool and SPA, laundry room and ski closet. There are two parking spaces for cars: a single garage and a parking space in the collective garage.
The apartment is large and bright with living room, bathroom, and bedroom with balcony. The kitchen is equipped with oven, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, and everything you need to enjoy a relaxing time. A beautiful glassed-in corner where you can relax while appreciating the wide and magnificent view of the mountains and ski slopes.

Summer
During the summertime, the apartment turns into a serene retreat at 1608 m above sea level, surrounded by a green setting. Thanks to the altitude, you can enjoy cool temperatures even in the hottest months. Take advantage of the proximity to the lake to experience unspoiled nature with relaxing walks in the surrounding area. This summer paradise is further enhanced by the exciting opportunity to venture out to a nearby adventure park that stretches 550 m. There is also the opportunity to explore the surroundings by mountain bike offering exciting experiences. A summer oasis combining relaxation and adventure in nature.

Winter
The apartment is located not far from the ski slopes (downhill and cross-country), offering an experience wrapped in the magical atmosphere of winter. With the proximity to a modern ski resort and the charming "Island Lake" nearby, your days in the snow will be even more enjoyable. The winter atmosphere is also provided by the opportunity offered by the large skating rink at the edge of the village. In addition, for hiking enthusiasts, numerous snowshoe trails offer the chance to explore unique snowy scenery.

The indoor pool is open from about mid-December to the end of April and from about the end of June to the end of September. The pool is available during those periods, but you must notify the lifeguard. Use of the pool is not included in the rent and must be paid separately.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
