Welcome to your cosy studio for 2 people in the historic heart of Samedan, where traditional charm meets modern amenities. On a compact 23 m² you will find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the impressive mountain world of the Upper Engadine. Enjoy the warm, inviting atmosphere created by the stylish pine furnishings and elegant laminate flooring.

Inside the studio you will find a practical kitchenette for preparing delicious meals, a dining table (cutlery can be found in the drawer of the dining table) with chairs for cosy evenings, a comfortable sleeping area and plenty of storage space in the wardrobe. Entertainment is provided by a TV, while the private bathroom with shower and WC leaves nothing to be desired.

The outdoor area boasts the option of parking your car in the car park directly behind the house. Shutters on the windows of the studio not only offer protection from the morning sun, but also an additional feeling of security and privacy.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
