Dit vakantiehuis is geschikt voor 6 personen, heeft twee badkamers en twee slaapkamers. Chasa Ernst heeft een DVD-speler, een open haard en een TV (internationale zenders). Verder is er een barbecue, een lift, een terras en een tuin (omheind). De auto parkeert u op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is uitgerust met een douche.

New cosy 3.5-room-flat (year of construction 2012), 2 minutes-walk to railway station, quiet, winter garden, fireplace, internet access, garden to be used on your own, with a grill and a bowl of fire, a lot of equipment for children, situated very centrally (3-5 minutes walking distance to cross-country ski run/ cross country skiing center, wellness and sports bath, shopping, trail, etc.) The whole flat with floorboard out of larch wood, bathrooms with granite. Short access route by car and direct bus and train connections in different top skiing areas: Zuoz (16 min by car), Celerina / St. Moritz (28 min), Scuol (25 min), Livigno (31 min), 'magic carpet ski lift' for kids in Lavin (10 min.)  and toboggan run in Zernez itself, 2 sledges etc. offered. small ski lift for beginners in S-chanf (10 min). a paradise for hiking in the national park in front of the door. Bike and racing bicycle in immediate vicinity. Signposted nordic-walking and jogging routes and also Tennis Courts in Zernez. Climbing wall and bowling in S-chanf (10 min.). Fishing. Fresh linen are put on the beds, and towels and firewood are on your disposal. The apartment fulfills the following classified criteria of Switzerland Tourism: Family-friendly.For guests joining the renting person who would like to receive a Tourism-guest card from Zernez (with free access to trains from S-Chanf to Ardez) we need to know the name and family name. Based on this indication, the guest card will be established directly and ready at the start of the vacation. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
