From the large balcony, you can enjoy the view over the garden and the green landscape while having breakfast or dinner. With a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table, a comfortable living area and two cosy bedrooms, this flat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.The flat is one of two holiday flats in this building and is located on the 1st floor with stairs to climb (no lift). It has a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has two single beds, which could also be converted into a double bed, and a separate bathroom with shower. It has plenty of space to spread out. On special request, we can set up one or two fold-out single beds for up to 6 guests Guest accessGuests have private access to the flat through the main entrance of the house. There is a staircase to the 1st floor (no lift). There is a locker outside next to the entrance. You will receive a code to open the locker with key to your flat. This allows guests to check in themselves at any time after 16:00. A guest car park is available directly in front of the house and is included in the price. A garage can also be rented. There is also a socket for an electric car in the garage. Bicycles can be parked in the garage. The bus stop (Postbus) is just a few steps away from the house. Buses run every hour in both directions between Weinfelden and Ermatingen. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
