Those who don't need Wi-Fi or modern heating but appreciate peace, space and unspoilt nature will find a special kind of holiday idyll here.About the accommodationThe rustico was built as a stable in 1713 and lovingly remodelled into a retreat around two hundred years later. Today it tells of cool breezes, hours of sunshine and cosy moments by the fire. In the garden, deckchairs invite you to linger while the view opens up over Lake Maggiore as far as Italy. Inside, the open fireplace in the kitchen creates a special atmosphere, and anyone preparing polenta over the fire in the evening will feel the magic of a little journey back in time.Important to knowThe property is situated on a slope, and behind the garden fence there is a steep downhill slope. Caution is therefore advised for small children. The last five minutes from the car park to the house are also on foot, which is why access is not barrier-free.Room layoutOn the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen with a fireplace and a large dining area. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a smaller room with bunk beds - ideal for couples, families or small groups.Location and connectionsThe Eremo del Rico is located in Val Resa, on the south-east slope of the Cardada. The car park is reached by car and the last few minutes are covered on foot. Apart from a neighbouring house, you can enjoy complete peace and seclusion here. Beautiful hiking trails that lead into the surrounding mountains start directly behind the rustico.Activities and experiencesThe surrounding area offers a variety of possibilities: a romantic dinner in the Grotto al Ritrovo dai Fusetti, a dip in the swimming lagoon at the nearby waterfalls or an excursion to the Madonna del Sasso pilgrimage church in Locarno. The more adventurous can venture to the Verzasca dam with the famous "Goldeneye" bungee jump. Those who prefer a quieter holiday can simply enjoy the peace and quiet on the deckchairs in their own garden. NL-00007498

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
