Equipped with every comfort such as air conditioning, heating and a well-equipped kitchen, our accommodation is ideal for a relaxing and carefree stay. Here, every detail is thought out to ensure an unforgettable experience in the fascinating Ticino region.

The accommodation is arranged as an open-plan loft apartment. The sleeping areas are not separated into individual bedrooms. Only the bathroom is a separate room with an internal door.

The interior of the flat is equipped to meet all requirements: a cosy bedroom ensures the ideal rest after days of exploration. The living area is designed for maximum comfort, with a large dining table that invites convivial moments. The kitchen, practical and functional, is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine with pods, all powered by renewable energy, including solar energy.

On the outside, the flat looks like a single house free on 4 sides, located on the first floor, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity. The owner lives on the property, ensuring discreet but helpful assistance during your stay. Although pets are not allowed, this ensures a clean and well-maintained environment for all our guests, especially those with allergies. Pillows and duvets are synthetic and carpets and curtains are kept to a minimum for this very reason.

The flat is conveniently located, making it the perfect starting point for many adventures. Within a short distance, you can discover the historic town of Bellinzona with its impressive UNESCO World Heritage castles, or head to the idyllic shores of Lake Maggiore for a day of relaxation and fun. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
