In the beautiful, light-filled living and dining area, you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the lake, the surrounding mountains, and the distant landscapes stretching toward Bellinzona and Cannobio. Every room has direct access to the balcony. The spacious living room with its open-plan kitchen and dining area is naturally the heart of the apartment and invites guests to relax and spend time together.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. In this apartment, sunshine is a constant companion, filling the rooms with light throughout the day.
A beautiful swimming pool with sauna invites you to relax, even on rainy days. The building was designed by the renowned architect Luigi Snozzi and reflects his characteristic architectural style, featuring extensive use of glass and concrete, abundant natural light, high ceilings, and a barrier-free design without steps or thresholds (wheelchair accessible). Even today, the building remains a fine example of modern architecture.

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
