It is ideal for four people, but can accommodate an additional guest thanks to a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and a fondue and raclette oven. The spacious dining area seats up to six people. Both bedrooms have a washbasin with mirror cabinet, ample storage space and a place to put clothes. The first bedroom with a double bed leads into an inviting arbour, while the second with two single beds has direct access to an attractive balcony.The outdoor area invites you to relax with a small garden on the south side of the house. Equipped with a table, chairs, barbecue and parasol, it offers the perfect setting for cosy hours outdoors. There is also a parking space for one car and space for bicycles, including e-bikes, in a lockable garden shed. Right next to the car park is a modern charging station that supplies your vehicle with electricity from our new photovoltaic system.Idyllic villages with all the necessary shopping facilities await you within walking distance of the holiday flat. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
