Luxurious and stylish design chalet with sauna, fireplace and free WLAN in the TOP ski area 4 Vallées. The elegant chalet skilfully combines a modern alpine interior with high-quality furnishings, immediately creating an exclusive and comfortable feel-good atmosphere. Artistic elements and the latest technical equipment, such as Smart TV and Sonos sound system, ensure a special chalet experience. 4 bedrooms all have their own flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom, two of which have a hot tub bath. The spacious chalet has 3 floors:
On the 1st floor is the bright, open-plan living and dining area. Relax in the cosy sofa area or in the leather armchair in front of the warm open fire. Entertainment options include the large flat-screen smart TV with streaming subscriptions, Swisscom cable channels and a Sonos surround sound system. Enjoy magnificent, sweeping views of the valley and the surrounding mountain scenery from the panoramic windows. Access to the balcony and terrace with garden furniture. Modern, very well-equipped open-plan kitchen with bar counter and exclusive amenities, such as a wine cabinet. The table seats 8 people comfortably. On this floor there is also a room with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and bathroom with shower, hot tub bath and WC. A partially open staircase leads to the 2nd floor, where there are three further bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and one with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm, connectable) - each with its own bathroom with bathtub incl. shower and WC.
The master bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), access to the balcony and a bathroom with double washbasin, shower, hot tub bath, bidet and WC.
After an eventful day of skiing or hiking, you can unwind and relax your muscles in the sauna on the ground floor. Shower and separate WC. On the same floor there is also a storage room with ski boot dryer, washing machine/dryer and additional fridge.
The chalet has a private car park for approx. 2-3 cars. The 4-seater chairlift and the ski slope are approx. 750 m away on foot through the forest (not secured/cleared) or 1 km by car to the car park. To Les Masses with mini-supermarket and restaurant approx. 750 m (forest path) or 1 km by car. You can ski down to the chalet (no marked or groomed piste, at your own risk). To the centre of Les Collons .4 km. This pleasant holiday resort has shops, restaurants, après-ski pubs, bank, post office, ski hire, ski school and tourist information. In Thyon 2000, .8 km, there is an indoor swimming pool and childcare (from 18 months, winter season). To the quaint village of Hérémence .2 km, here you will also find restaurants/cafés, a supermarket and a post office. Pharmacy and butcher in Vex, .5 km. The attractive cultural and shopping town of Sion is .18 km away. Attractive winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes.
Ski info Chalet altitude .1,550 m, ski area up to 3,330 m, with Mont Fort glacier. "Skiing at the highest level" with 410 km of pistes and numerous fantastic ski routes and freeride runs. From Greppon Blanc (2,700 m), the magnificent deep snow run "Eteygeon" (not marked or groomed, at your own risk) over 1,300 metres in altitude into the secluded Dixence valley, return by free ski bus. Large "Centralpark" snow park near Thyon. Open-air artificial ice rink in Les Collons, free admission. Attractive toboggan run between Thyon and Les Collons. The region offers .12 km of cross-country ski trails.
Ski pass: up to 20 % ski pass discount - depending on the season - on the normal price for the entire Les Collons - Verbier - Quatre Vallées area as well as for the local Printze sub-area from a 6-day pass, also applies to children and young people.
Summer info The chalet has a garden area, two balconies and a south-facing terrace. There is a garden table and 8 chairs, two sun loungers and two deckchairs. A gas barbecue is available in summer. Les Masses also has a lot to offer in spring, summer and autumn, especially the many hiking and mountain bike tours attract visitors. You can walk along the "Suonen" (former irrigation channels) with only a slight incline. Other activities on offer include horse riding, climbing, gliding and bowling. A stroll through the historic town of Sion, the capital of Valais, and a boat trip on the underground lake of St-Léonard are well worthwhile. Another highlight is the 285 metre-high Grande Dixence dam.

Village description: Attractive ski and holiday resort of Les Collons in a wonderful panoramic location south of the Rhone Valley, in magnificent alpine surroundings at 1800 m above sea level. It has a supermarket, restaurants, café, après-pubs, disco, childcare, bank, sports shops. Ice rink in the centre of the village. Ski school. A wide range of activities such as hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, golf - in Sion, Crans Montana or Sierre - or fishing. Pleasant walks, e.g. sections of the typical Valais bisses (irrigation channels). The Bisse de Saxon leads from Les Collons to Nendaz and Vercorin. Total trail network over 100 km. A wide range of excursion options thanks to its location at the crossroads of Switzerland, France and Italy. Popular excursions, e.g. with the Mont Blanc Express to Chamonix at the foot of Mont Blanc, or - over the Great St. Bernard Pass - to the Italian Aosta Valley. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
