The Militzhof district belongs to the idyllic small town of Crivitz. The bungalow is only separated from the lake by a farm track and a strip of forest.The large lawn to the left of the bungalow can also be used. A rowing boat is available on request. The use of the boat must be agreed with the other holiday guests, if necessary. storage facilities for bicycles and motorbikes are available on the property. A parking space for your car is also available.The holiday flat is equipped with a fitted kitchen, living room with dining area, sofa and pellet stove, bedroom with double bed (2 x 2 m) and a renovated (spring 2018) shower room. The pellet stove with connected heating can provide cosy warmth on cooler days. Heating material is provided.The surrounding area offers the opportunity to go hiking, cycling, motorcycling or simply to switch off. Shopping facilities, hospital, restaurant, banks, doctors, public transport (bus and train) and petrol stations are located in Crivitz. Culinary, artistic, sporting and animal attractions and a marvellous sandy beach in Zippendorf can be found in the state capital Schwerin, approx. 20 km away. The baroque Ludwigslust Castle, the indoor ski centre in Wittenburg, the Güstow Nature and Environmental Park and the Baltic Sea can be reached in about an hour by car. About 15 kilometres away, Vorbeck offers the opportunity to play golf. A working farm with livestock is located in the back row. The landlady also lives on site.A fishing licence for the Militzsee or a multi-lake ticket for the surrounding lakes can currently be purchased from the landlady if a fishing licence is available. A temporary fishing licence can be applied for online in advance at the Crivitz office.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
