This rustic but fully equipped holiday cottage is in a prime location, almost enchanted, on Holzendorf Lake. The beautiful little wooden house, in this great location, offers a direct view over the water.The 60 m² house, for two people, was built in 2020. It has one floor and is bright and friendly furnished. The cosy living/dining room with sofa, dining area, fully automatic coffee machine and TV is located directly in the entrance area and offers a fantastic view of the lake. The same applies to the small kitchen, which is equipped with an induction hob and dishwasher. The shower room is located in the outbuilding, with toilet and washbasin. The bedroom is located just behind the indoor kitchen with a large fridge, kettle, small oven and toaster, and there is a large double bed in the bedroom. Here you can enjoy the TV programme in bed when the weather is bad. Adjacent to the bedroom is the en suite bathroom with toilet and small washbasin. There are infrared radiators in the bedrooms.The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and invites you to relax on the covered jetty all day long. Lake. A rowing boat also belongs to the cottage.The neighbouring town of Sternberg itself is well worth a visit, as the entire historic town centre with the mill gate and ramparts has been preserved. The small town also stands for recreation, relaxation and tranquillity in nature. Just 200 metres from the house you will find the Sternberg swimming pool with slide and diving platform. There is a beautiful sunbathing lawn and the old trees guarantee a shady spot even in the summer months. The lake and wooded area is ideal for long walks. Along the way, you can observe animals such as white-tailed eagles, cranes and badgers and come across orchid meadows. Also worth seeing is the reconstructed Slavic temple castle of Groß Raden in the nature park, the Warnow breakthrough valley with its mixed forests on the steep slopes up to 30 metres high and the monasteries of Dobbertin and Tempzin. Fishing is possible 50 metres away.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
