It is therefore the perfect starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks and exploring the island.The large garden offers plenty of space to relax, unwind and play.The garden includes terraces with seating areas, beach chairs, parasols and deckchairs. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the natural surroundings from the garden. There is also a barbecue area in the garden.The children's playground for our younger guests is equipped with a swing, a playhouse, a slide and a sandpit. There are also free outdoor games such as badminton, volleyball and football.Car parking spaces are located directly in front of the house and are free of charge for our guests.For all smokers there is a smoking pavilion in the front garden.3-room maisonette flat for 2 to 5 people on the upper floor (approx. 70 square metres of living space)The 3-room maisonette has two bedrooms with king-size box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living room with sofa set (sofa bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m), an integrated fitted kitchen, a dining area and two shower rooms. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is integrated into the large living room. From here you have access to the balcony with a wonderful view of the countryside.The holiday flat is equipped with free WiFi and Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms.Our cosy holiday flats are furnished with great attention to detail and individually designed. The furnishings are the same in all 3-room flats. All flats were renovated in 2019/20 and are modernly furnished.Smoking is generally not permitted in our holiday flats.As the apartment complex is located in the middle of nature, it is the ideal place to relax and unwind.Lancken-Granitz is a small village near the Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren. The state-recognised resort is located in the heart of the south-east Rügen biosphere reserve between the Granitz mountain range and the Neuensiener See nature reserve. The small community of 400 people has grown up around a Gothic brick church dating back to the 15th century. The megalithic tombs from the Neolithic period are a tourist attraction. Lake Neuensien is approx. 400 metres from the accommodation and can be reached on foot. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
