Quietly and idyllically situated on the outskirts of Pruchten, the holiday home Wieseblick 5 on the large natural meadow property offers you an ideal holiday home.The beautiful Baltic Sea beach, the Fischland-Darß peninsula with its unique natural landscape and the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park are perfect for holidaymakers of all ages and are only a few minutes' drive away.Relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal resorts and still enjoy the proximity to beautiful Baltic Sea beaches and many sights.Our holiday home Wiesenblick 5 awaits you modern and comfortable with a storage heater, infrared heating and free internet access (WLAN).On a living space of approx. 120 m², this holiday home has a living room with a sofa set, 48" flat-screen TV and a modern storage heater. Enjoy the cosy warmth of the storage heater during the day and an atmospheric open fire in the evening - combined with timeless, stylish design. Two large passageways give you a view of and access to the dining room with a beautiful dining table made of solid acacia wood and comfortable chairs. From the large windows you can enjoy the marvellous view of the surrounding nature. The well-equipped kitchen with cooking island, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, etc. makes preparing meals a real pleasure. For a good night's sleep, each bedroom has a large double bed (180x200) and a spacious wardrobe. One bedroom offers a third sleeping option for children with a sofa bed.The two bright and friendly bathrooms with large shower, WC and washbasin also ensure your well-being.You can enjoy your meals, read or simply relax on the terrace with seating for 7 people. We also offer 3 sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. Bicycles that you bring or hire can be stored separately (the very well-developed cycle path network invites you to go on extended cycle tours). You can park your car right next to the holiday home.Enjoy a holiday close to nature in Pruchten - active or relaxed, just as you like it.Please note that the holiday home is accessible via an unpaved path (approx. 300m).The bathing area at Bodstedter Bodden is only approx. 800m away. You can reach the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach via the cycle path, as well as by car or bus in approx. 9km.A small shopping centre is approx. 400m away and many supermarkets and shops can be found in the Vineta town of Barth (5.5km). In the resort of Pruchten there is also a bakery, a delicious ice cream stand on the village street, as well as a bicycle hire and a boat hire in the small harbour.For water sports enthusiasts, there are opportunities for kitesurfing and stand-up paddleboarding. The local kite club offers the appropriate equipment and courses.Historic Hanseatic cities such as Rostock (50km) and Stralsund (37km) are within easy reach. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
