The complex, built in 2004, is located in Neuendorf on the Saaler Bodden, between Ribnitz-Damgarten and Barth. Swimming, fishing, kite-surfing and surfing opportunities are available approx. 250 metres away. Neuendorf is an ideal starting point for hikes, cycle tours and excursions. The harbour offers additional opportunities for leisure activities on the water. For fishing enthusiasts, a licence-free fishing boat is available in the harbour. The holiday home has holiday flats for 2 to 5 people. Extra beds are possible. The holiday flats are furnished in a classic and functional style. The accommodation is particularly suitable for guests who want to enjoy the countryside and appreciate peace and quiet. There is a central barbecue area for cosy get-togethers. Each guest flat also has its own furnished terrace. Guests of the holiday flat can also use the water sports facilities of the water sports centre in Saal (3 km). Bicycle hire is available on site. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
