The harbour of Sassnitz is just a 10-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a beautiful walk along the chalk coast. The centre of the harbour town of Sassnitz, with its many shops and restaurants, is also just a 10-minute walk away. The holiday home is very modern and comfortably furnished, equipped with a fireplace and a large living and dining area on the ground floor, with a separate kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large bedroom wardrobe offering space for 4 people, each with balcony access. Also on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with a whirlpool and a bedroom with a double bed and a large bedroom wardrobe; upstairs there is a second living room with a sofa bed, a single bed, a wood-burning stove, a TV and a desk. The chalk cliff "Königsstuhl", 117 metres high, is a popular vantage point for tourists. Sassnitz is a harbour town, tourist resort and the town includes the "Sassnitz ferry port" with its international ferry routes to Trelleborg (Sweden), Bornholm (Denmark), Klaipeda (Lithuania) and other Baltic Sea ports.The deposit serves as a security and will be transferred back to the specified account within 14 - 21 working days after departure. Note on visitor's tax in Sassnitz, since 2021 the day of arrival and departure counts as one day per person subject to visitor's tax (e.g. 7 days booking = 8 days visitor's tax per person).

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
