The district town of Husum with its idyllic harbour is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 12 minutes away by bike).Feel at home in our modern holiday flat "Butze 1" in a cool and casual beach style. The Butze extends over two floors and covers around 84 square metres. The open-plan living and kitchen area welcomes you bright and friendly in the lower area. The fully equipped fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. From here you have direct access to the terrace and garden. There is also a WC and shower downstairs. There is a sofa bed in the living room, so that a stay with six people is also possible.On the upper floor there are two bedrooms - one room with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and one room with two single beds, which can be used as a double bed if required. A small home office (extra room with LAN connection) is also available. Of course, there is also a fully equipped shower room on this floor.The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, so you won't get cold feet even on chilly days. Two bakeries, doctors, pharmacy, banks/ ATMs, supermarket, two restaurants and a snack bar are just a two-minute walk away. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
