The wooden house is located in a quiet holiday home complex with a direct dream view of the Baltic Sea. It has been regularly renovated and redesigned by the owners. You have an unobstructed view of Großenbrode and the sunny island of Fehmarn. The property is fenced and situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The property is surrounded by fields. A carport belongs to the house.The two wooden terraces are equipped / in front of the house with a beach chair overlooking the Baltic Sea and a bench. Behind the house there are two loungers and 1 table set with parasol, as well as a small settee for chilling out. The terraces invite you to laze around. There is a barbecue area with a stainless steel grill. There is an unobstructed view of the fields and woods.With a size of approx. 75 square metres, the house offers space for 4-5 people. It has electric heating. There is also a fireplace in the living area. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with microwave, freezer and dishwasher. From the dining area you have a marvellous view of the Baltic Sea. The living area has a comfortable settee with armchair. There you will find the television and the dig. Stereo system. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower. The corridor separates living and sleeping areas. On the other side is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed and a shower room. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and 1 children's room with a 90 x 200 cm pull-out youth bed. A cot with mattress and accessories as well as a pushchair are available. There is no washing machine in the house. Please bring your own towels and bed linen.The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 150 metres away and is exempt from tourist tax. The beach is ideal for walking, relaxing, swimming or fishing. It is guarded by the DLRG during the season. The holiday resort has an Edeka supermarket and a bistro just 300 metres away. You can get everything you need there from April to October. There is a lot to discover by the sea and in the hinterland. Cycling tours, horse riding, hikes and walks invite you to do so. You can try your hand at water sports on the nearby island of Fehmarn and of course locally. A zoo in Grömitz or a visit to Hansa Park are also a must. If you fancy shopping and good food, head to Heiligenhafen, which is only 10 kilometres away. A colourful mile of cafés, restaurants and boutiques has gathered around the harbour basin. You can get the freshest fish in the fish market or directly from the cutter. We wish you a great stay in one of the sunniest regions in Germany.There are 3 bicycles available for you to use free of charge. Use at your own risk. . A travel cot with accessories and a pushchair are also available. No youth groups and clubs, no charging facilities for electric cars at the holiday home. Please use the public charging stations in the neighbourhood.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
