The two patios (one in the villa and one in the annexe) are equipped with tables, chairs and barbecues so that you can eat outdoors and enjoy the garden in freedom and ... why not? ... of marvellous sunsets while enjoying a glass of excellent local wine! In the summer, guests also have access to a vegetable garden where they can pick tomatoes, courgettes, lettuce, peppers and whatever else is available ... strictly organic! The large garden houses a swimming pool (for the exclusive use of "Villa degli Ulivi" and its dependance) equipped with parasols, sunbeds and deckchairs. WiFi is available everywhere (even in the pool). Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
