Bikes, motorbikes, horses and surroundings The roads leading to the farmhouse are immersed in the most classic Tuscan landscape, shaped by the gentle curves of the hills with their perched villages. Riding a bike or motorbike, you can enjoy all their beauty. To recover from hot days at the beach or invigorating treks in the countryside, there is nothing better than the beautiful Terme di Casciana. The sea and beaches 20 minutes away are the nearby beaches of Castiglioncello and Vada. About 45 minutes away are the beaches of Bibbona, Donoratico and the beautiful Gulf of Baratti. The coast offers the possibility of snorkelling and diving. On request, it is possible to attend courses under the guidance of a PADI instructor or simply be accompanied on dives. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
