The villa occupies the entire farmhouse and is located in a panoramic area in the heart of Tuscany and the Val di Chiana. The area is panoramic and immersed in complete tranquillity but is easily accessible from both Arezzo and Cortona.Guests of the villa can also make exclusive use of the outdoor spaces that include a large, well-kept garden, a place of relaxation for adults and fun for children, a pine forest including barbecue, table tennis table and volleyball court, and a large panoramic swimming pool, from which you can admire the enchanting Valdichiana landscape. The outside area is furnished with garden furniture including deckchairs, sunbeds, gazebos, etc. The agriturismo has private parking.The villa of about 240 square metres is for exclusive use and is finished in classic Tuscan style with strictly original furniture. The 6 rooms (5 with double beds and 1 with two single beds) measure 22-28 sq m and are equipped with heating, mosquito nets and free wi-fi: the villa has 5 bathrooms complete with towels and bathroom kits. The ground floor, about 120 sq m, is for communal use and consists of the following rooms: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and sofas; a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area and finally a living room. On the first floor there are a further 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with armchairs and a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining area.In the surroundings, you can admire and make excursions in the Tuscan countryside. Art cities such as Cortona and Arezzo can be reached in a few minutes by car. Siena, Florence and Perugia are a 40-minute drive away.The agriturismo provides you with free bicycles, maps and an entire interactive guide to discover the best places to visit and how to get there, where to taste the best meat and fish dishes and the events not to be missed during your stay. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
