The flat is located on the Le Fonti farm and holiday farm in San Giorgio, which stands on the hill of San Lorenzo, in the municipality of Montespertoli (Florence), in the Florentine Chianti region. We are in the province of Florence, which is only 30 km away. The property is managed by the Giovannelli family, producers of Chianti docg wine and extra-virgin olive oil for three generations. Located in the heart of Florentine Chianti, halfway between Florence and San Gimignano, the farm consists of the farmhouse with the flats and the cellar where we produce and age our wines. We are in the countryside, on a small hill 250 metres above sea level. The last two kilometres to get here to the farm are on an unpaved road, Via Colle San Lorenzo, which winds scenically through oak woods, vineyards and olive groves.The flat is immersed in the quietness of the garden, surrounded by lawns with roses and olive trees, and enjoys a beautiful view of the hills. Just a few metres away is the swimming pool, reserved for guests and equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Ideal for leisure time, it is open from May to the end of September, also for moonlight swimming at night. In the garden there is a gazebo with a large table and barbecue for convivial occasions to share with guests. Next to the pool is a large veranda for relaxing in the shade or playing table tennis.
Just a few steps away is the bowling alley and for those who enjoy walking in the countryside, there are many paths going up and down through the woods, vineyards and olive groves of the property.Situated on the ground floor: large living room with equipped kitchenette and dining area, fireplace and television. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower: one room with double bed and one with three single beds. Independent heating. A sofa bed is available in the living room. Veranda at the entrance with table and chairs in the garden. In the property: - Swimming pool with a view, open all day; - Restaurant available to reserve every day: buffet breakfast, light lunch and Tuscan dinners in the garden; - Cellar for the production of Chianti and Supertuscan wines: guided tours and tastings; - Direct sale of the farm products: wines, extra virgin olive oil and cold cuts; - Parking.We are in the municipality of Montespertoli, in the province of Florence. The village can be reached by car in a few minutes, it is in fact only 5 kilometres away. It´s small and quiet but everything you need is close at hand. The cities of art are nearby and well connected: Florence 25 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Siena 50 km and Pisa 70 km. Numerous events and local festivals are scheduled throughout the year, first and foremost the "Mostra del Chianti" (last week in May), a traditional and ancient exhibition of local wine producers.Reception is available to organise excursions to discover the area: museum reservations, guided tours of cities of art. The direct sale of the farm's products is always open: all our wines, extra virgin olive oil. On request, tastings and visits to the farm and cellar. Guided walks in search of truffles on request. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
