Dit vakantiehuis voor 6 personen heeft een badkamer, twee slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden, een tweepersoons slaapbank en een tweepersoonsbed. Het vakantiehuis heeft een lift en een zwembad. De badkamer is uitgerust met een bidet, een ligbad, een toilet en een wastafel.

Het vakantiehuis heeft een koel- en vriescombinatie en een garage.

The terrace of the apartment, with views of the common areas of the residence, is furnished to enjoy breakfast or a summer dinner. The residential area has about 2000 m2 of common areas with grass and benches so that your children can enjoy the outdoors with the security of the entire residential area being fenced. It has two swimming pools for adults and two for children with rockeries and waterfalls. Swimming in the pool or lying in the sun will be pleasures that you can enjoy during your stay. If you prefer the sea, Las Marines beach is just 350 meters from the apartment.

In this cozy apartment, sit and relax in the bright living room, where there are two comfortable sofas to enjoy a good read, watch TV or take a good nap. The dining area, in the same space, has a table for breakfast or meals for the whole family. The open-plan kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems: blender, electric coffee maker, toaster, juicer, microwave, dishwasher, vitro cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, ideal for families with children. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The two extra seats are accommodated on the sofa bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has a hot/cold split in the dining room that can condition all rooms.

Les Marines beach boasts sand, spaciousness and a good location (sheltered from south and southeast winds). On this beach you will find tranquility so you can enjoy the beach with your family. From the beach you also have one of the best views of the Dénia Castle and bars and restaurants of all kinds in the surroundings to recharge your batteries at any time. In the surroundings you can enjoy beautiful landscapes. It is highly recommended to visit Les Rotes: from the walk that runs along the shore of Marineta Casiana beach, the only sandy beach in Les Rotes, we continue our walk and reach the rocky coves of Las Rotas. The great beauty of this wild landscape stands out, where the green and blue colors of the sea stand out, as well as the transparency of the waters and the nooks and crannies along the coast. From the beginning of the rocky coves we are in the Cabo de San Antonio Marine Reserve, so the entire area that includes the coves and the Cape to its easternmost tip is environmentally protected. It is also worth a visit to Denia Castle, located on a gentle hill next to the sea and in the heart of the city. You will also find a wide range of hiking routes, bike routes, diving routes or routes through the coves by boat. Without a doubt you will spend an unforgettable vacation.

Indeling

Vlakbij Cascades op zo’n 200 meter treft u één of meerdere eetgelegenheden. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op 500 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Cascades in Dénia kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Om de totale reissom te berekenen dient u hieronder een aankomstdatum te selecteren. Verplichte bijkomende kosten of optionele kosten, die u ter plaatse dient te betalen, vindt u onder de kalender.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
